Here comes everybody; I mean, I'm off to opening day at the Coliseum.

Advanced grammar exercises (decline some nouns), difficult crossword puzzles, advanced math problems, but not in bed. These can clear the head of worry as you concentrate on something else. Bed should be associated with sleep, not work- no lap top, no Ipod, no phone, etc. During the day, more than four hours before bedtime, a half hour of vigorous exercise outside. Worst case scenario, tape something that bores you to tears and use it as white noise. For me this is the sound of a sports crowd.
